Yes! Orders above ₹1,500 ship free. Orders below ₹1,500 have a flat shipping fee of ₹99.

Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive an email and SMS with your AWB number, carrier name, and a tracking link. You can also track your order via the Track Your Order page on our website.

Yes, we ship to select international destinations. Delivery takes 10–18 business days. Please note that customs duties and import taxes are the customer's responsibility and are not included in the order price.

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for items that are wrong, defective, or significantly different from the listing. Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned with original tags and packaging intact.

Yes, size exchanges are accepted within 10 days of delivery. Email us with your order number and the size you need — we'll arrange a free reverse pickup. If the requested size is unavailable, store credit valid for 12 months is issued.

After we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed as follows:

All products are photographed in natural daylight to represent colours as accurately as possible. Minor variation may occur due to screen calibration differences. For handblock-printed fabrics, natural dye variations make each piece unique — these are a mark of craftsmanship, not a defect.

General care guidelines:

• Hand wash in cold water or use a gentle machine cycle
• Do not soak for more than 30 minutes
• Dry in the shade — avoid direct sunlight to preserve colour
• Iron on medium heat on the reverse side
• No bleach or dry cleaning

Yes. Every piece is handcrafted in Jaipur using traditional techniques including handblock printing, Ajrakh dyeing, and hand embroidery. Minor irregularities in print placement or texture are a natural result of the handmade process — they are not defects, but what makes each piece one-of-a-kind.
