Already dispatched Not allowed — initiate a return

To cancel, email us with your order number as the subject line.

Return Policy

Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery. Check eligibility below.

  • Wrong item received
  • Manufacturing defect or damage
  • Item differs significantly from the listing

Not Eligible

  • Worn, washed, or altered items
  • Missing tags or original packaging
  • Sale items (unless defective)
  • Requests raised after 7 days
  • Custom / personalised orders

How to Raise a Return

    Email us

    Send an email with the subject "Return Request – Order #XXXXX" to anikabysonali@gmail.com.

    Attach photos

    Include clear photos of the product and its packaging so we can assess the issue.

    Receive authorisation

    Our team will respond within 24–48 hours with a return authorisation.

    Repack securely

    Pack the item with all original tags intact and ready for collection.

    Free reverse pickup

    We'll arrange a free reverse pickup from your address — no courier trips needed.

  • 6

    Refund or exchange

    Processed within 5–7 business days after our quality check is complete.

Exchange Policy

Size exchanges accepted within 10 days of delivery.

If Size Unavailable

Store credit valid for 12 months is issued instantly.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was on our end.

Damaged in Transit

Do not accept a parcel that appears visibly damaged at delivery. If you've already received a damaged item, report it within 24 hours with clear photos to anikabysonali@gmail.com — we'll arrange a full replacement or refund.
