Processing Time
Standard
1–2 business days after order confirmation.
Festive Season (Diwali / Navratri)
3–4 business days due to high order volume.

Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive your AWB number, carrier name, and a tracking link via email and SMS. Use these to track your parcel directly on the carrier's website.
Failed Delivery
- Up to 3 delivery attempts will be made before the package is returned to our warehouse.
- If the package is returned due to failed delivery or an incorrect address, re-shipping fees will apply before we resend the order.
- Please ensure your delivery address and phone number are correct at checkout.
Damaged Parcels
- Do not accept a parcel that appears visibly damaged at the time of delivery.
- If you receive a damaged item, email us at anikabysonali@gmail.com with clear photos of the damage within 48 hours of delivery.
- We will review and arrange a replacement or refund promptly.
International Shipping
- International orders are delivered in 10–18 business days.
- Customs duties and import taxes are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order price.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance processes.
